These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at triadnetwork.xyz (the "Site") and the services described on it (the "Services"). By accessing the Site, submitting an application, joining a waitlist, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

01Who we are

Triad Network ("Triad", "we", "us") is a curated creator and distribution agency operating at the intersection of AI and crypto. The Site describes our services for creators (brand development, campaign sourcing, audience monetisation) and for projects (strategic business development, creator distribution, and related advisory services).

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Services. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Services is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction, including any applicable sanctions regimes.

03No offer, no financial advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, token, or other financial instrument in any jurisdiction. Content published by Triad or by creators associated with Triad is commentary and marketing material. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose the entirety of what you commit. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

04Sponsored content

Triad arranges commercial relationships between projects and creators. Content produced under such arrangements may be sponsored or otherwise compensated. Where required by applicable law or platform rules, sponsored content will carry appropriate disclosure. Triad is not responsible for statements made by third-party projects featured in campaigns.

05Applications and waitlists

Submitting a creator application, project inquiry, or waitlist registration does not create any obligation on Triad to accept, respond, or provide Services. Acceptance into any Triad programme (including any cohort) is at our sole discretion and, where accepted, will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Triad. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

06Your submissions

By submitting information to us through the Site (including via forms), you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant Triad a non-exclusive licence to use submitted materials for the purpose of evaluating your application or inquiry and operating the Services.

07Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Triad Network name, logo, brand assets, design, text, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

08Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, platforms, and services (including social platforms and form providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

09Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any results described on the Site will be achieved. Metrics, figures, and case studies on the Site are illustrative of past work and are not guarantees of future outcomes.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triad and its members, managers, officers, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triad and its members, managers, officers, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief for infringement of intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
