About Triad Network
Triad Network ("Triad," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at triadnetwork.xyz and related properties, social channels, and email communications (collectively, the "Site").
Triad describes itself as a venture studio and creator accelerator operating at the intersection of AI and cryptocurrency markets. We provide engineering, advisory, capital introduction, and creator-distribution services to portfolio companies and other clients on a private commercial basis. These services are negotiated under separate written engagement agreements and are not offered to the general public through this Site.
Triad is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, solicitor, fund manager, law firm, accounting firm, or tax preparer in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this Site constitutes a public offer to provide any regulated service. Where Triad assists clients with capital introductions, those introductions are made to professional or institutional counterparties under bespoke agreements; the Site is not a substitute for those agreements.
Not Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice
None of the content on this Site — including but not limited to articles, research notes, infographics, charts, social posts, videos, podcasts, or commentary — constitutes financial, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or investment advice.
Nothing on this Site should be construed as:
- A recommendation, endorsement, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, token, security, derivative, or other financial instrument;
- An invitation to invest in any fund, project, protocol, or venture, whether mentioned by name or otherwise;
- A representation that any past performance is indicative of future results;
- A representation that any project, token, or venture is suitable for any particular reader or category of reader;
- Personal advice tailored to your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
If you require professional advice on any matter discussed on this Site, you must consult a qualified, licensed advisor in the relevant jurisdiction. Triad will not be liable for any losses incurred from reliance on Site content in lieu of professional advice.
Research & Editorial Disclaimers
Triad publishes research notes and editorial commentary, which may include analysis of named projects, founders, fundraising rounds, token structures, and market events. Readers should note the following:
Sources and attribution
Research published on this Site is based on a combination of (i) publicly available reporting from established media outlets, (ii) public on-chain data, (iii) publicly disclosed corporate filings and project documentation, and (iv) Triad's own opinions, frameworks, and editorial judgment. Where factual claims describe events at named projects, Triad attributes those claims to specific source publications. Readers are expected to consult those primary sources directly.
Allegations remain allegations
Where research describes alleged misconduct, regulatory action, financial difficulty, or other adverse events involving named individuals, projects, or entities, those descriptions remain allegations as reported by the cited source publications. Triad makes no independent finding of wrongdoing by any specific person or entity. Where a named party has publicly disputed an allegation, Triad endeavours to note that dispute in the relevant article.
Opinion vs. fact
Research notes contain a mix of factual reporting and Triad's interpretive analysis. Interpretive analysis — including phrases such as "the structure failed," "the round was mispriced," "this is the failure mode" — represents Triad's editorial opinion based on the facts as we understand them at time of publication. Readers should treat such statements as opinion, not as factual claims.
No independent investigation
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an article, Triad has not conducted independent forensic, legal, or audit-level investigation into the events described. Our research synthesises and contextualises publicly reported information; it does not replace primary diligence.
Updates & corrections
If material errors are identified after publication, Triad will issue a correction note within the relevant article. Readers who believe an article contains a material factual error are invited to contact us at editor@triadnetwork.xyz.
Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency, blockchain, and AI-related markets are extremely volatile and high-risk. By using this Site, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Total loss is possible. Cryptocurrencies and digital tokens can lose all or substantially all of their value, including overnight, including for reasons unrelated to the underlying technology.
- Markets are unregulated or partially regulated. Many crypto markets and venues operate outside of established financial regulation. Protections that apply to traditional securities markets may not apply.
- Counterparty risk is real. Exchanges, custodians, market makers, and other intermediaries can fail, be hacked, freeze user assets, or behave fraudulently.
- Smart contract risk is real. Code can contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits. Audits reduce but do not eliminate this risk.
- Regulatory risk is real. Tokens, protocols, or business models that are legal today may become illegal, restricted, or sanctioned in your jurisdiction without warning.
- You bear sole responsibility for evaluating these risks before engaging with any cryptocurrency, token, protocol, or related service. Triad assumes no responsibility for your decisions.
Forward-Looking Statements
Content on this Site may contain forward-looking statements regarding markets, projects, trends, valuations, or outcomes. Forward-looking statements use words such as "expect," "anticipate," "project," "believe," "intend," "estimate," or similar terms.
Forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain and based on assumptions that may prove incorrect. Actual outcomes may differ materially from those described. Triad undertakes no obligation to update forward-looking statements after publication.
Third-Party Content, Names & Trademarks
This Site references third-party companies, projects, tokens, individuals, publications, and trademarks for editorial, research, and identification purposes. Such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, partnership, or agency between Triad and the named party.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. Where Triad displays partner logos or case-study materials, such materials are used under fair-dealing principles, prior agreement, or other permitted basis; Triad will remove any third-party material upon a reasonable request from the rights-holder.
References to portfolio companies, partners, or named ecosystems do not constitute a representation that any commercial relationship is current, exclusive, or material unless explicitly stated.
Conflicts of Interest
Triad and its principals may hold positions — in tokens, equity, options, warrants, or other interests — in companies, projects, or protocols discussed on this Site. Triad and its principals may also have commercial relationships, advisory engagements, or compensation arrangements with parties named in editorial content.
Where a particular article discusses an entity in which Triad has a current commercial relationship or material economic interest, Triad endeavours to disclose that relationship within the article. However, readers should assume that potential conflicts of interest may exist with respect to any named entity, and weight content accordingly.
Triad does not accept compensation, in any form, in exchange for favourable editorial coverage in research notes. Sponsored content — where it exists — is clearly labelled.

You may share, quote, or reference Site content for non-commercial editorial purposes provided you (a) attribute Triad as the source, (b) link back to the original article where applicable, and (c) do not modify the substantive meaning of the quoted content. Commercial reuse requires prior written permission.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties except where (a) you have consented, (b) necessary to provide a service you have requested, (c) required by law or legal process, or (d) necessary to protect our legal rights.
If you are based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@triadnetwork.xyz.
Cookies & Analytics
This Site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across websites. Plausible collects aggregate, anonymised information about Site usage (such as page views, referrers, country, and device type) for the purpose of measuring traffic and improving content.
No advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioural advertising technologies are deployed on this Site. Information about Plausible's privacy practices is available at plausible.io.
External Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including media publications, source articles, partner sites, and social media. These links are provided for convenience and reference. Triad does not control, endorse, or warrant the content, privacy practices, or security of any external site.
Your use of any third-party website is subject to that site's own terms and privacy policies. Triad bears no responsibility for content, products, services, or losses arising from your engagement with external sites.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.
Triad, its principals, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, or any other damages — arising from or related to your use of the Site, your reliance on Site content, or any action you take based on information obtained through the Site.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and regardless of whether Triad was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where applicable law does not permit certain limitations, those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Triad Network, its principals, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use or misuse of the Site, (b) your breach of these terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any content you submit to the Site.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Triad may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
